4. Pool Rules

All pool members agree to contribute on time and follow the queue order. Missing payments may result in deposit deductions and trust score penalties.

5. Fees

PotPool charges a small platform fee on completed cycles. Additional fees may apply for premium features. All fees are disclosed before you confirm any transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

PotPool is not a bank. We provide the technology platform for group savings. We are not liable for disputes between members, though we provide tools to help resolve them.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
