Simple, safe, and fair
No banks, no middlemen. Just people helping each other save.
For Employees
Workplace savings groups where the leader knows everyone personally. No deposit needed — trust is built through your work relationship. The leader sends a password by email. Queue can be random or manually arranged by the leader.
For Individuals
People who don't have a prior relationship. A deposit is required to protect everyone — if someone can't pay, their deposit covers it. Deposit = (Number of Members - 1) × Pot Amount.
For Companies
Corporate savings pools for teams and departments. A deposit is required, but high trust scores reduce it. Pot amounts range from 1,000 to 10,000+ in your chosen currency.
What is a Pot?
A Pot is the fixed amount of money that each member contributes every round. When it's your turn, you receive the entire Pot from all members — a lump sum you can use for anything.
What is a Pool?
A Pool (or Money Pool) is a group of people who agree to save money together. Everyone pays the same amount into the Pot each round, and members take turns receiving the full amount. It's like a savings club.
What is a Pot?
A Pot is the fixed amount of money that each member contributes every round. When it's your turn, you receive the entire Pot from all members — a lump sum you can use for anything.
What is a Deposit?
A Deposit is a safety amount you pay upfront when joining a group. It protects everyone — if someone can't pay their Pot contribution, their Deposit covers it. You get your Deposit back when the round ends.
What is a Queue?
The Queue is the order in which members receive the Pot. It's generated randomly each round so everyone gets a fair chance. You'll be notified when it's your turn.
What is a Cycle?
A Cycle (or Round) is one complete rotation where every member in the group receives the Pot exactly once. After all members have received their turn, the cycle ends and a new one begins.
What is a Trust Score?
Your Trust Score (0.0 to 5.0) shows how reliable you are. Pay on time, complete rounds, and get good reviews to increase it. A higher score means lower deposit requirements and access to bigger groups.
Platform Commission
PotPool charges a small 2% fee on the total value of each completed cycle. Registration is $1, and a Premium Leader account is $2/month. No hidden fees.
When Is It My Turn?
The system follows the queue order. When your turn comes, you receive a notification on the platform AND an email. You have until the round deadline to collect your pot.
Better Score = Bigger Pools
Your trust score shows how reliable you are. The higher your score, the bigger the pot amounts you can join. Pay on time and complete rounds to build your score.
