A Pot is the fixed amount of money that each member contributes every round. When it is your turn, you receive the entire Pot from all members.

A Pool (or Money Pool) is a group of people who agree to save money together. Everyone pays the same amount into the Pot each round, and members take turns receiving the full amount.

What is a Deposit?
A refundable amount held during the cycle to protect group members. It is not a fee. The deposit equals (N − 1) × Contribution Amount for Individual and Company groups. It is returned automatically after the entire cycle is completed. Employees & Friends groups require no deposit.
What is a Queue?
The order in which members receive the Pot. Employees & Friends groups support both manual and random queue selection. Individual and Company groups use random queue for fairness.
What is a Cycle?
A Cycle (or Round) is one complete rotation where every member in the group receives the Pot exactly once. After all members have received their turn, the cycle ends and a new one begins.
What is a Trust Score?
Your Trust Score reflects your reliability as a member. It is influenced by on-time payments, completed cycles, positive participation, and following platform rules. A higher score builds your reputation within the PotPool community.
